Title of position: National Operations Manager, Service Delivery
YWCA Australia is currently seeking a passionate National Operations Manager, Service Delivery to join our Service Delivery Team. This role is offered on a full time basis on a maximum term contract ending on 30 June 2022 and is based in our Sydney office.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide support to the Director, Service Development and Delivery with human resource and operational issues management, budget management, performance monitoring, strategic initiatives, planning and reporting activities. The role requires well developed interpersonal and listening skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders across all levels and provide high level updates, recommendations and analysis to the National Director.
