Manager – Domestic and Family Violence and Transitional Housing Nambour Office – Permanent Full-Time role

Based at our site in Nambour, we are looking for an experienced Manager to support Kyabra’s vision and purpose by leading our DFV and Transitional Housing responses on the Sunshine coast.

The Manager will be responsible for the development, line management and supervision of team members in addition to supporting the development of the areas of DFV and transitional housing responses in the region.

You will report to the Senior Manager and work in partnership with Managers and other staff to develop and maintain management practices that are congruent with organisational philosophy and values. This position will also interact with other specialty roles within the organisation in relation to areas such as; professional supervision and training, data collection and reporting, research and evaluation, quality assurance and standards. This role requires being available for an after-hours roster.

A Bachelor degree in Social Work or similar is an essential requirement for this position.

Salary and conditions are in accordance with Kyabra’s Enterprise Agreement 2012, Level 6 $85422 – $88,781 plus superannuation, and the ability to salary package to increase your take home pay.
