Position: Clinical Practice Lead – Sydney

The Clinical Practice Lead provides guidance and support for Case Work/Coordination and Evidence Based Practice and Policy within an integrated service. Focus areas include torture and trauma, mental health and family violence. Provide program and professional knowledge in the management of escalated complex cases and provide/organise supervision, training, secondary consults and guidance to staff.
Collect and report data and in consultations with the leadership team provide feedback and guidance to staff on work practices and program procedures.
You are an established leader with experience in coaching and mentoring individuals and the ability to communicate and apply effective interview techniques to sensitively gain information from clients. You have demonstrated quality complex case work and case management skills, particularly in a cross cultural setting with a wel l developed understanding of the immigration determination process and the issues facing people.
You are able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, as a member of a team incorporating multitasking and are moderately proficient in MS Office or similar software and have experience working with databases.
